Sweet potatoes are known for their unique flavor and their benefits related to detoxification and digestive health. When I learned about this juice I was skeptical. Sweet potatoes really, Oh No! I mean I love them baked and in other cooked ways. But in Juice, No way! But I'm glad to report that it tastes good.

Ingredients:

2 Medium Apples

2 Small Beets

1 Large Sweet Potato

1 Large Carrot

1 Small Red Bell Pepper

  1. Clean, peel and cut ingredients as necessary

  2. Feed it thru the Juicer

  3. Serve and Enjoy!

  4. If you want to store it for later, it is best if it is stored in a glass airtight container.

In the Video I'm making for two people, This is why I added double the ingredients.
