Ingredients:
Pico De Gallo:
4 Sweet Pepper - Color of your choice
1 Big tomato
Half of Onion
Recaito
1 Lime
1tbsp Salt
1tbsp Oil - I use Avocado
Sauce:
4 Garlic Cloves
2 Limes
Bunch of Recaito
Half Onion
1 Big Tomato
Greek Plain Yogurt
Salt to Taste
Oil - I use Avocado Oil
Shrimps:
Pack of Jumbo Shrimps
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Adobo
1 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Chicken Bouillon
Oil - I use Avocado Oil
Tacos:
Sour Cream
Feta Cheese
Tortillas of your Choice
Directions:
Pico de Gallo:
Chop all the Ingredients in small little squares
Place on a container
Add Lime, Salt, Oil
Set Aside
Sauce:
Add all the ingredients in the blender
Blend until everything is smooth
Set aside
Shrimps:
After cleaning the shrimp seasoned with the garlic powder, adobo, chicken bouillon and salt. (I'don't like the tails on my shrimp, if you like it you don't have to remove)
In a medium hot frying pan add oil
When is hot add the shrimps and let them cook at your preferences
Tacos:
(you can warm the tortilla on a frying pan in the stove or in the microwave)
Take your Tortilla, Put sour cream and spread, next add a few shrimps, The pico the gallo, the sauce, and the Feta Cheese. If you have Avocado you can add avocado. Follow my video on top.
